Coming from the North:

• Central Expressway (US-75) heading towards Downtown Dallas:

Go South on Central Expressway. Take Exit #1B (Haskell/Lemmon/Hall) and proceed through the first light (Haskell) to the second light (Lemmon). Turn right on Lemmon. Get into the left lane. Take a left at the second street (Oak Grove). There is a restaurant called Manny's Tex Mex  on the corner. Proceed past the stop sign (Lemmon eastbound) and we are in the next block on the left at 3316 Oak Grove. If you reach Hall Street, you have gone too far.

• I-35E - Stemmons Expressway:

Route 1: From Stemmons get on Woodall Rogers freeway, which is Exit 429A (The sign says 'TO   I45 & US75"). Get in the lane second from left. Exit the Hall/Lemmon Exit. Turn left on Hall Street and proceed past the freeway.  Go to the traffic light which is Oak Grove and turn right.  We are the third building on the right with a sign in front at 3316 Oak Grove. If you reach Lemmon Ave., you have gone too far.

Route 2: If Stemmons looks backed up,  take the Oak Lawn exit and turn left. Go about two miles (about 7-8 lights) to Lemmon Avenue. Take a right. Go through four lights. Walgreen's will be on your right and Albertsons on the left. This is McKinney Avenue.  Proceed two more streets to Oak Grove and take a right. We are on the left at 3316 Oak Grove. If you reach Hall Street, you have gone too far.

• Dallas North Tollway:

After going through the Toll Plaza; move to the left lanes and follow the  signs to "Arts District." Turn left on McKinney, which is just past the fancy twenty-story trio of buildings on the left (the Crescent). Follow McKinney to Lemmon Avenue. There will be a Walgreens on one right corner and Albertsons on the other far right corner. Take a right. Proceed two streets to Oak Grove and take a right. We are on the left at 3316 Oak Grove. If you reach Hall Street, you have gone too far.

Alternate directions:  Go through the Toll Plaza; be in the left lanes and follow signs to "Arts District." Turn left on McKinney, which is just past the fancy twenty-story trio of buildings on the left (the Crescent). Follow McKinney.  When you get to a  "Y" in the street at a school playground, get in the right lane and take a right on the right side of the Y, which is Oak Grove. There is a sign on the right side of the intersection that says "Oak Grove" near the low building iwth a Post Uptown sigh on it.  A cemetery is at this intersection on the right behind the building under construction. Proceed on Oak Grove through the light at Hall Street, and we are the  third building on the right at 3316 Oak Grove.  There is a sign out front in the yard that says "Raggio & Raggio."

• From the Park Cities Area:

Come down Lomo Alto, Douglas, Oak Lawn, Turtle Creek, or Cole.  Turn LEFT on Lemmon. Past McKinney (and the Walgreen's and Albertson's) the first through street is Oak Grove. (There is an Original House of Pancakes on the corner)  Take a RIGHT. We are the fifth building on the left at 3316 Oak Grove, with a sign out front that says "Raggio & Raggio" If you reach Hall Street, you have gone too far.

Coming from the South or West:

• Woodall Rogers Eastbound or I-45 Northbound:

Past downtown, take the Hall/Lemmon exit (Exit 1a). Turn left on Hall Street across the freeway. Proceed to the stop light, which is Oak Grove.  Turn right. We are the third building on the right with a sign in front at 3316 Oak Grove. If you reach Lemmon Ave., you have gone too far.

• I-35E or I-30:

Go through the mixmaster heading North on I35E. Take the Woodall Rogers (75- McKinney) exit. Get in lane second from the left.  Exit at the Hall/Lemmon Exit. Turn left on Hall Street across the freeway. Proceed to the stop light which is Oak Grove.  Turn right at the light. We are the third building on the right with a sign in front at 3316 Oak Grove. If you reach Lemmon Ave., you have gone too far.

Coming from the East:

• I-30:

Exit from I-30 onto I-45 and follow the sign to the right going to "Sherman" or "75." Past downtown, take the Hall Street/Lemmon exit (Exit 1a). Turn left on Hall Street  Proceed to the next stop light which is Oak Grove.  Turn right at the light. We are the third building on the right with a sign in front at 3316 Oak Grove. If you reach Lemmon Ave., you have gone too far.
